Many items are already on our website for orders, check before sending us your request.

To place an order for items that are not available in the virtual store, send us an email to contato@musiccollector.com.br with the subject text written "Order", describing in detail which items you want to order. We will return your email within 72 hours .  with price specifications. If you are interested, we will provide the link for you to make the purchase on our website.

The product will only be ordered when we validate the payment. Purchases via bank slips may take up to 48 hours for the system to identify the payment. We will send you an email once we have placed your order.

The deadline for sending ordered products is up to 45 days.

The delivery time calculated by the system is for READY-DELIVERY products, not valid for ordered products.
